Certain standard costs are associated with closing the sale of a home. Buyers and sellers usually split these costs, as the sales contract specifies.

Good Faith Estimates (GFEs)

Soon after you apply for a loan, we'll give you a "Good Faith Estimate" of your costs. The closing costs spelled out in the Good Faith Estimate are estimated based on FNB Town Square Mortgage's experience with mortgage loans, but costs usually vary by small amounts between delivery of the Good Faith Estimate (GFE) and closing.
